FAT BLASTER CIRCUIT classes are the most effective way to stimulate your metabolic rate. By adding lean toned muscle through weight training this is the ultimate in fat burning. 
WEIGHTS classes are conducted with an instructor using barbells and dumbbells working all your major muscle groups to stimulate your metabolism again by adding lean toned muscle.
CYCLE classes are stationary bikes grouped together so you can exercise with friends. As with Cycle, BOXING is one of the best ways to increase your cardiovascular endurance. Boxing is a high intensity full body workout.Trim & Tone is a combination of upbeat dynamic movements with static stretches at the end.
